• The main venue of the 17^th ENDA Congress is Swissôtel Tallinn (address: Tornimäe Street 3, Tallinn)
• The conference centre is located on the 6th floor.
• The conference centre is open at the same time as registration / information desk.

🔷 REGISTRATION / INFORMATION DESK 🔷

• Registration / info desk will be open:
  • September 14: 13:00-16:00 at the Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences (address: Kännu Street 67, Tallinn)
  • September 15: 08:00-18:00 at Swissôtel Tallinn (address: Tornimäe Street 3, Tallinn)
  • September 16: 08:15-16:30 at Swissôtel Tallinn

🔷 CATERING 🔷

• Coffee breaks and lunches are served in the foyer of the conference centre.
• Tap water is of high quality in Estonia – fill your reusable water bottle at the hotel or at the venue.

 

🔷 TRANSPORTATION 🔷

• Public transportation is free of charge for the Congress participants. The QR code was sent to your email, and it can also be found on your name badge.
  • To use Tallinn public transport, scan the QR code at the marked orange validator at the front of the bus, tram, or trolleybus, every time you enter.

  • The easiest way to get to the city centre or to the venue
    • from the airport – trams no. 2 and 4
    • from the port – tram no. 2, buses no. 19 and 25     
• If you are planning to use a taxi, download and order a taxi through the mobile app “Bolt”.
   

🔷 ACCOMMODATION 🔷

• If you booked your accommodation through our website, no additional confirmation is needed.
• When checking in at the hotel, simply present your ID at the reception desk. All guest names have already been forwarded to the hotel, so the reception team will have your booking details on file.

 

🔷 SOCIAL PROGRAMME 🔷

• Please find the social programme info HERE.
• Please bring your badge with you to the social events, as it serves as your ticket for entry. Your badge will indicate whether you are registered for the event.
• There is a bar is open during the Gala Dinner, offering a selection of drinks for purchase.
