ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Please note that although all presentations have 15 minutes in the programme, the presentation time is 10 minutes, Q&A is 3 minutes and 2 minutes is buffer time for going on and off the stage.
We have prepared a Dropbox folder to collect the presentations, which can be found HERE. This way, the technician has time to check your slides before the congress. The uploading system is active until 1 September, 11 PM (EEST). Please include your name and the date of your presentation in the filename.
If you cannot upload your presentation by the deadline, please bring your slides on a USB drive to the venue. Please hand the file to the technician or to a volunteer at least two breaks before your presentation session starts.
Please use PPTX as the format and use slides in 16:9 format.
Microphones are available in the rooms Ballroom 2+3 and Tartu. You can choose between a podium microphone and a headset microphone. Please inform Delegate Services in advance if you would like to use a headset microphone.
The Ballroom 1 and Tornimäe 2 rooms have good acoustics, so microphones are not needed.
A volunteer will be in the room to help at all times.
