ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Please note that although all presentations have 15 minutes in the programme, the presentation time is 10 minutes, Q&A is 3 minutes and 2 minutes is buffer time for going on and off the stage.

We have prepared a Dropbox folder to collect the presentations, which can be found HERE. This way, the technician has time to check your slides before the congress. The uploading system is active until 1 September, 11 PM (EEST). Please include your name and the date of your presentation in the filename.

Please use PPTX as the format and use slides in 16:9 format.

You will have a choice between a podium microphone and a head microphone. Please inform the Delegate Services beforehand if you would like to use a head microphone.

A volunteer will be in the room to help at all times.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All posters will be digital e-posters and displayed on four touchscreens.

  • Posters must be written in English and be in portrait format.
  • The resolution of the screen is 3840x2160px - 4K.
  • Either raster (.jpg, .png, etc.) or vector (.pdf, .ai, etc.) format works. We suggest making your poster file in vector, as you'll be able to zoom in on the touchscreen.

You will have 3 minutes to present your poster. There will be a small discussion led by a moderator at the end of the poster session.

Please upload your poster file HERE by September 1st, 2026. Please include your name and the date of your presentation in the filename.

The schedule for the poster presentations is HERE.
